For the Love of Life, Will The Adrenaline Junkies Please Unite!

What we call “adrenaline rush” usually defines those activities that make our hearts race and blood run faster through our veins. It does not necessarily have to be something extremely dangerous and the stuff that makes us feel extremely happy, extremely excited with anticipation or extremely stressful are also causing our adrenaline level to rise.

We tend to want to go to that place that stretches our senses to the maximum and we tend to push the limit further once we have adjusted to that feeling. The most important thing we must consider is how this extraordinary experience influences our state of mind and whether it endangers or not our life.
I am a big fan of bringing my blood to a boil — and doing it on the go. That's why I will be compiling a list of the 100 best adrenaline activities (in no particular order) to experience at least once in your lifetime.  So let’s start off:

100. Bungee jump the world's highest bungee

At a heart-popping 216m, the Bloukrans Bridge bungee in South Africa is the highest commercial bungee jump in the world. The platform is suspended beneath the road surface on the highest single span arch bridge in the world. The feeling that you get standing on the platform as the guys from Face Adrenaline count you in is out of this world. In this instance, it really is a case of bigger being better.

99. Shark Cage Diving

Sharks are the most commonly feared ocean creatures and are the reason behind many beautiful beaches being closed. Shark Cage Diving takes you into the territory of the world’s scariest predator, giving you the adrenaline rush of a lifetime. You come up close and personal with these formidable creatures. The fear and panic sharks create in us makes this terrifying activity so compelling.
